Oxford University Press does not offer refunds on digital products. Every course offers a 14-day grace period during which students can use the course materials and decide whether to purchase full access.
If you believe your student’s case merits special consideration, please have them Contact Us. They should be sure to include the following:
- Reason for the refund request
- Product details (author/title/edition)
- Purchase location + proof (e.g., receipt)
- Name/email used for purchase (include PayPal email if used)
- Proof of dropped course (if applicable)
- Proof of duplicate purchase (if applicable)
