To change the email address associated with your Oxford Insight account, please Contact Us and provide the email address currently associated with your account and the new email address you would like applied to your account.
If you have created two different Insight accounts inadvertently (for example, one using your personal email address and one using your institutional email address), please Contact Us. We are not able to merge accounts, but we can delete the account that is not needed (for example, the account using your personal email address), and move any course access or payment to the other account. Please clearly indicate the email address for the account to keep and the email address for the account that is not needed.
Important Note: When an account is deleted, any work submitted under that is lost. If you are enrolled in your instructor’s course under two different accounts, and have completed work under both accounts, be sure to discuss a plan with your instructor before you contact us to request that we delete an account. (For example, your instructor may allow you to re-do the relevant assignments under the proper account.)
