How do I fix access problems when trying to open a resource in my Insight course?

If you’re having trouble accessing content, try these steps:

In most browsers:
Go to your browser’s privacy settings and allow third-party cookies. Use the links below for step-by-step instructions.

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Edge

On Apple devices (Mac & iPhone/iPad):

• Mac:
  Open Safari → Preferences → Privacy → Turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” → Reload page
• iPhone/iPad:
  Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security → Turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” → Reload page

Note: You may need to turn this off again after an iOS update.
